I have been wearing this elbow sleeve for a over a week now. At first I was skeptical about what it could do. I used to have pain in my elbow that went all the way down to my hand. This pain was there all the time. Since I have been wearing the sleeve, I have noticed that the pain and discomfort has decreased. It is not completely gone, but I am hopeful. I will continue to wear the elbow sleeve everyday. I would recommend this product.
